WHAT IS BLUE SEAL?
Blue Seal is a technologically advanced, elastomeric, water based, one-step liquid applied, rubber membrane designed to stop water & air transmission providing maximum waterproofing for the I.C.F (Insulated Concrete Form), concrete & wood foundation, and flooring industries. WHERE TO USE BLUE SEAL
Foundations
Blue Seal is formulated for maximum waterproof protection for I.C.F., concrete & PWF foundations. Blue Seal is suitable for both new construction and restoration. Typical applications include sloped and vertical, above or below grade surfaces such as new and existing foundation walls, concrete (poured & block), wood, and polystyrene insulation.

Flooring
Blue Seal for flooring is specially designed to provide waterproofing for residential and commercial flooring applications such as bathrooms, kitchens and basements, where floor surfaces may come into contact with moisture and water. Blue Seal can be used on concrete, cement backer board, wood, exterior grade plywood, parking decks and many other common substrates.
